Abstract:
A method for matching iris to dispensed water temperature, and a water dispenser, the method comprising: recording one or a plurality of iris information, and dispensed water temperature matching said iris information on a one-to-one basis (S101); detecting iris information input by a user, and determining whether dispensed water temperature information matching the iris information input by the user is present (S102); if not, then not dispensing water (S103); and if so, then on the basis of the iris information input by the user, providing drinking water of the dispensed water temperature matching the iris information input by the user (S104). By means of matching iris information to dispensed water temperature, the present method enables a water dispenser to remember the dispensed water temperature required by a user, and thereby automatically provide a good hot water and cold water temperature ratio for the user; when required, the user can drink water of a constant temperature each time.
