Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for measuring the concentration of gas in a glass bottle on the basis of dynamic threshold adjustment. The method comprises: firstly, acquiring second harmonic peaks P0, Pa and PX of a glass bottle at a concentration of 0%, a satisfactory concentration threshold of a% and a reference concentration auxiliary threshold of X% under the same measurement environment, and then calculating absolute values of differences between P0 and Pa and between P0 and PX to obtain Da and Dx, and writing P0 into a queue having a length of M; then performing quality testing on each glass bottle to be tested, involving: collecting a second harmonic peak PN of the glass bottle, and determining whether PN ≤ Pa is true, wherein if so, a medicine bottle meets a standard, otherwise, the medicine bottle does not meet the standard; if the medicine bottle meets the standard, then determining whether PN ≤ PX is true; and if so, writing the second harmonic peak of the medicine bottle into the queue, then performing averaging on the queue to obtain PL, and performing an update, i.e. Pa = PL + Da and PX = PL + Dx, and after the update, using same to test the next medicine bottle. By means of the method, the interference of an environmental factor is eliminated in real time, and the reliability of testing is improved.
