Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for measuring the contents of various endocrine disruptors in estuary sediment. Aluminum oxide and diatomaceous earth are employed for a pretreatment of an estuary sediment sample, Soxhlet extraction and a solid-phase extraction method are jointly used for purification to produce an enriched sample, and finally, LC-MS/MS is employed to detect the types and contents of endocrine disruptors in the water sample. The present invention allows the detection of as much as ten types of endocrine disruptors. The detection method of the present invention provides a high extraction efficiency, fast measurement rate, and reliable data analysis, and is applicable in the environmental detection and evaluation of the various endocrine disruptors in estuary sediment.
