Abstract:
Provided are a method for measuring a frequency channel, a network device, and a terminal device, which can effectively measure a frequency channel. The method comprises: when a first network device determines to measure a target frequency channel, allocating, to a terminal device via a second network device, configuration information for measuring the target frequency channel; and the first network device receiving a measurement result of the frequency channel sent by the terminal device. The method for measuring a frequency channel according to embodiments of the present invention can enable a first network device to allocate configuration information to a terminal device via a second network device when a target frequency channel needs to be measured, such that the terminal device measures the target frequency channel by using the configuration information, so as to achieve mobility robustness optimization.
