Abstract:
A method for measuring a glycated protein in a sample, wherein the measurement method includes (1) a step for reacting a sample, in which degradation products have been generated from a glycated protein by protease, and an oxidoreductase in the presence of an electron mediator and generating a reduced electron mediator and (2) a step for detecting the state of the reaction in step (1) by an electrochemical method using a comb electrode.
