Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of cellphones. Disclosed are a method for measuring heart rate while cycling and a cellphone. The method comprises: recording a Bluetooth emitter signal of a bicycle, recording a heart rate range corresponding to different exercise objectives at various age ranges, and recording a heart rate prompting method (S101); reading an age and an exercise objective of a user, and displaying a corresponding target heart rate range (S102); reading and displaying a measurement value from a heart rate monitoring device provided within the bicycle, and determining whether the value is within the target heart rate range (S103); if so, then remaining as is (S104); if not, then prompting the user according to whether the value is above or below the corresponding heart rate range (S105). The method uses an electrode provided in a left handlebar or right handlebar of the bicycle to acquire an electrocardiogram signal of a human body, and uses a cellphone to connect to a Bluetooth signal emitted by a bicycle. The method can therefore read a heart rate value monitored by the bicycle, compare the value with a target heart rate range of a user, and provide a prompt. The user can intuitively monitor a personal heart rate and use the comparison and prompting as a form of instruction for personal bicycle training.
