Abstract:
The disclosed method is a method for measuring the internal resistance of a battery. The measurement method includes: an energization step for charging or discharging a battery; a measurement step for measuring the open circuit voltage of the battery at and beyond the end of the charge or the discharge; and a calculation step for individually calculating, on the basis of the voltage change in the open circuit voltage measured in the measurement step and the current value flowing through the battery for the charging or the discharging at the end, at least one resistance component included in the internal resistance. In the calculation step, the at least one resistance component is calculated on the basis of the tilt of a line obtained by plotting the voltage change in a graph in which the horizontal axis is the square root of the elapsed time since the end and the vertical axis is the open circuit voltage.
