Abstract:
It is intended to provide a method of measuring a luminescence dose at a definite site, which makes it possible, in measuring a luminescence dose from a definite site in a vital sample, to confirm whether or not a luminescent protein at the definite site is localized in the same sample as the above-described one, an apparatus for measuring a luminescence dose at a definite site and so on. An apparatus (100) for measuring a luminescence dose at a definite site comprises a sample (102) having a fused gene, which has a fluorescence-related gene expressing a fluorescent protein in addition to a shift base sequence and a luminescence-related gene fused together, transferred thereinto, a container (103) in which the sample (102) is contained, a stage (104) on which the container (103) is located, a fluorescent image pick-up unit (106) (an objective lens (106a) to a CCD camera (106c), and an image-forming lens (106f)) for picking up a luminescent image of the sample (102), a fluorescent image pick-up unit (108) (an objective lens (108a) to a shutter (108f)) for picking up a fluorescent image of the sample (102), and an information and communication terminal (110).
