Abstract:
A method for measuring magnetic homogeneity of a magnetic ultra-thin film and an application thereof. The method comprises: step S1, providing a magnetic ultra-thin film sample, and acquiring a ferromagnetic resonance spectrum of the magnetic ultra-thin film sample by using a ferromagnetic resonance method; step S2, establishing a first relation curve for the change in full width half maximum of the magnetic ultra-thin film sample as a function of microwave frequency according to the ferromagnetic resonance spectrum; and step S3, linearly fitting the first relation curve, and characterizing the homogeneity of the magnetic ultra-thin film sample by using the fitting result. With the described method, it is possible to acquire homogeneity information of magnetic ultrathin film samples by merely measuring a few frequencies by means of a ferromagnetic resonance method, thereby effectively increasing measurement efficiency and shortening the measurement time.
