Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring optical phase and a device for measuring optical phase, which are capable of measuring phase information contained in object light with high precision. The intensity distribution of test object light is detected in a first light intensity detection unit and a second light intensity detection unit. The intensity distribution of a first reference light is detected by the first light intensity detection unit and the intensity distribution of a second reference light is detected by the second light intensity detection unit. The intensity distribution of a first hologram generated from the object light and the first reference light is detected by the first light intensity detection unit. The intensity distribution of a second hologram generated from the object light and the second reference light is detected by the second light intensity detection unit. The phase information contained in the object light is calculated on the basis of: the intensity distribution of the test object light, the first reference light, and the first hologram detected by the first light intensity detection unit; and the intensity distribution of the test object light, the second reference light, and the second hologram detected by the second light intensity detection unit.
