Abstract:
A method for measuring a pre-tightening force of a bolt on the basis of echo signals in different modes. The method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a reference bolt for a calibration experiment; S2, performing the pre-tightening force calibration experiment on the reference bolt, so as to obtain, from ultrasonic echo signals, ratios of a transition time of mode A to a transition time of mode B when the reference bolt is subjected to different pre-tightening forces; S3, performing linear fitting to obtain a function relationship between pre-tightening forces of the bolt and the ratios of the transition time of mode A to the transition time of mode B; S4, performing ultrasonic pre-tightening force measurement on a bolt to be subjected to measurement, so as to obtain, from an ultrasonic echo signal of the bolt to be subjected to measurement, a ratio of the transition time of mode A to the transition time of mode B; and S5, according to the function relationship between pre-tightening forces of the bolt and the ratios of the transition time of mode A to the transition time of mode B, and the ratio of the transition time of mode A to the transition time of mode B in the ultrasonic echo signal of the bolt to be subjected to measurement, calculating a pre-tightening force of the bolt to be subjected to measurement. In the method, simply by using single longitudinal waves, a pre-tightening force can be measured for a fastened bolt when a bolt length and an initial transition time are unknown.
