Abstract:
The present application provides a method for measuring residual stress in a thin plate. The method comprises: S1: pre-providing and cutting a plurality of fins having the same length and parallel to the direction of length of the thin plate at equal intervals in a direction of width of the thin plate, wherein each of the fins has a fixed end and a movable end, and calculating an x-direction strain εi0 and an x-direction residual stress σi0 in each fin in the direction of length of the thin plate from the lengths of each fin before and after cutting, so as to obtain the stress distribution of the x-direction residual stress in the direction of width of the thin plate from all σ i0 ; S2: cutting the fixed ends for a plurality of times in the direction of thickness of the thin plate, and calculating a total cutting depth Zij of and the x-direction residual stress σij in each fin after each cutting, so as to obtain the stress distribution of the x-direction residual stress in the ith fin in the direction of thickness of the thin plate from all σij; and S3: calculating the distribution of the x-direction residual stress σx on a cross section yz of the thin plate on the basis of the σi0 obtained in S1 and the corresponding σij in S2, wherein σx=σi0+σij. With this solution, the quantitative characterization of the regularities of the residual stress distribution in the direction of thickness of the thin plate is realized.
