Abstract:
A method for measuring the status of capacity of an automobile battery pack. The method is specifically as follows: a BMS controller controlling a controllable switch to close, so that a constant-current source supplies a constant calibrated current I0 to a shunt; a BMS current test module measuring a voltage U0 across two ends of a shunt resistor; a temperature sensor measuring the temperature T0 of the shunt resistor; when the temperature T0 is calculated, the shunt resistor (I) recording a calculation result in the BMS controller; repeating the above steps, so that a series of temperature and resistance values of the shunt resistor can be obtained; and when a main relay of an automobile is closed, after a high voltage is connected, the BMS current test module measuring a voltage Ut across two ends of the shunt resistor, and the temperature sensor recording a temperature Tt, so that the current It of the shunt resistor at this time can be calculated according to data stored by the BMS controller. Therefore, the problem whereby a current cannot be accurately measured is solved, thereby realizing the accurate estimation of the status of capacity (SOC) of a battery.
