Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for migrating an application in a mobile edge system, and a related device and system. The method for migrating an application comprises: a mobile edge orchestrator acquiring a working index set of an application to be migrated in a first mobile edge server, wherein the working index set comprises a migration index set, and the migration index set comprises at least one migration index; according to the working index set of the application to be migrated and a pre-set correlation, determining a target migration policy of the application to be migrated, wherein the pre-set correlation is a correlation between the migration index set and a migration policy; and sending a migration instruction to a mobile edge platform manager, wherein the migration instruction carries the target migration policy, and the migration instruction is used for instructing the mobile edge platform manager to migrate the application to be migrated from the first mobile edge server to a second mobile edge server according to the target migration policy. Thus, a suitable migration policy may be selected for an application to be migrated, and the application to be migrated is migrated according to the migration policy.
