Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments and specifically relates to a method for modifying an entire metal workpiece and a modified gas guide assembly and device. The method comprises: steps where a metal workpiece is placed in a gas stream and modified, and the modified metal workpiece is cooled; in the modification step, the gas stream is preheated to a near-modification temperature, and then flows onto a surface of the metal workpiece. The present gas guide assembly comprises a gas guide pipe, the relational expression of the length L and the inner radius R of the gas guide pipe being: E = LR2 + A, 0 ≤ A ≤ 5 cm3, 0.3 cm3 <= E <= 400 cm3. By means of the relational expression, the values of the length and the inner radius of the gas guide pipe can be configured, a non-metal gas can be preheated to a reaction temperature by the gas guide pipe and then discharged, and the discharged gas can maintain a stable temperature and decomposition rate and a proper flow speed, so as to improve the uniformity of treatment of the metal workpiece permeated by the non-metal. the device of the present application can perform large-batch metal workpiece modification treatment for prefabricated members, and a better metal workpiece modification treatment effect is achieved.
