Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for modifying the surface of a material, a material modified by using the method and the use thereof, and a medical product comprising the material. The method for modifying the surface of the material comprises the step of forming a coating layer on the surface of the material by means of the self-assembly of colloidal particles, wherein the colloidal particles comprise inorganic colloid particles having a particle diameter of 1-10 μm and organic polymer colloidal particles having a particle diameter of 0.05-0.75 μm, wherein all or some of the inorganic colloid particles are subjected to a chemical modification, comprising a chemical functional group modification and/or a biologically active molecule modification. The physical and chemical properties of the material surface can be regulated at the same time by combining the chemical modification and self-assembly of the colloidal particles, and the regional diversity of the surface chemistry can achieved by selecting different chemically-modified colloidal particles to self-assemble, and a surface having both a multistage physical structure and a complex chemistry can be constructed in a large area in one step.
