Abstract:
In a placement step, a first thermoplastic resin (3A) is placed in a part of the cavity (22) of a rubber mold (2), the first thermoplastic resin (3A) being a solid shaped along the shape of the part of the cavity (22), and a second thermoplastic resin (3B) being granular is placed in the rest of the cavity (22). Next, in a heating step, the first thermoplastic resin (3A) and the second thermoplastic resin (3B) within the cavity (22) are irradiated with electromagnetic waves (X) including a wavelength region of 0.78 to 2μm via the rubber mold (2) to be heated and melted to make a molten resin. In a cooling step, the molten resin within the cavity (22) is cooled to obtain a thermoplastic resin molded article composed of the first thermoplastic resin (3A) and the second thermoplastic resin (3B) integrated together.
