Abstract:
The present invention provides, by using a standard concentration-sensitivity graph and a protein analysis method in which a composite of an antibody-gene complex and an antigen and a marker material-secondary antibody complex is measured by means of a biochip of a nine-guanine (9G) DNA chip type, a method for a simultaneous and rapid detection, to the picogram level, of multiple types of cardiac biomarker proteins (cTnI, NT proBNP and BNP) which allows normal and abnormal states of the cardiac biomarker protein to be differentiated, and a quantitative analysis of concentrations of same, thereby allowing heart diseases to be diagnosed, and the progression and treatment process of same to be monitored and allowing whether a full recovery has been attained to be determined.
