Abstract:
A method for monitoring vibration and strain of key parts of a tunnel boring machine, and a monitoring device and an all-day monitoring and early warning system thereof. A vibration and strain sensor and a wireless data transmission system thereof are used to acquire monitoring data, realizing long-term real-time monitoring of the vibration and strain state of the key parts when the main machine system of the tunnel boring machine is in operation, and promptly reminding an operator of maintenance and repair, thereby avoiding fatigue damage of key and weak positions of the main machine system of the tunnel boring machine, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the tunnel boring machine. Meanwhile, an equivalent mapping method is used to evaluate the strain state of parts which cannot be measured.
