Abstract:
A method of moulding radial ring magnet includes: a magnetic field distributed
around the ring moulding cavity (2) containing magnetic powder discontinuously
during the course of moulding, the magnetic field and the magnetic powder rotating
relative to each other, thereby the magnetic powder magnetized uniformly. A
device of moulding radial ring magnet includes: an inner magnetic pole (1), a
ring moulding cavity (2) and an outer magnetic pole (5), or a first outer magnetic
pole (7), a second outer magnetic pole (8) and a ring moulding cavity (2). A magnetic
field formed by the inner and outer magnetic poles (1, 5) or the first and second
outer magnetic poles (7, 8) is distributed around the ring moulding cavity (2)
discontinuously, and the magnetic field and the ring moulding cavity (2) rotate
relative to each other, so the magnetic powder is magnetized entirely.
