Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for mounting an elevator frame, the method comprising the following steps: connecting cross beams (2) and stand columns (1); positioning upper and lower stand columns (1); and fixing the cross beams (2) to the stand columns (1) and the stand columns (1) that are vertically adjacent. One end of a positioning column (13) is inserted into a connecting groove (12) of the lower stand column (1) and is limited by means of a locking column, and a connecting groove (12) of the upper stand column (1) is sleeved on the positioning column (13), so as to position the upper and lower stand columns (1); and same is simple and easy. A fixing platform (14) is flat and straight, so that same is easy to perforate; the included angle between the fixing platform (14) and a vertical section (10) is 45 degrees, such that the locking column can easily pass through the connecting grooves (12); and the fixing platform (14) serves as an accommodation cavity, such that wires can be easily mounted, and also serves as a fixing cavity to fix the positioning column (13) by means of the locking column. The design is clever. Fixing plates (16) are inserted into a vertical fixing plate groove (101) and a horizontal fixing plate groove (21), a connecting corner fitting (161) is fixed to the fixing plates (16) through bolts, the cross beams (2) are fixed to the stand columns (1) and the stand columns (1) that are vertically adjacent, the fixing plates (16) are located on the outer sides of the connecting corner fitting (161), and the bolts perform fastening outside a profile, instead of performing fastening inside the profile, such that the operation space is large, and mounting is easy.
