Abstract:
The network for creating the control plane tunnel in the multicast service of
the mobile communicating system, includes SGSN, GGSN and BM-SC. The method for
creating the control plane tunnel is: a, when the SGSN receives or is ready to send
the MBMS registration request, and if there is not MBMS bearer context in it, then
creates it and sends the request to the GGSN, carrying the SGSN tunneling ID information;
b, after it receives said request, the GGSN saves the SGSN tunneling ID information,
and determines whether there is MBMS bearer context in it, if there is, then executes
c, or else creates it and sends the MBMS registration request tothe BM-SC, waiting
until the BM-SC returns the registration response, then executes c; c, the GGSN
saves the SGSN tunneling ID information in the MBMS bearer context, and returns
the MBMS registration response back to the SGSN, carrying the GGSN tunneling
ID information; d, after it receives said response, the SGSN saves the GGSN tunneling
ID information.
