Abstract:
The invention is adapted to communication field, which provides a method and network equipment for obtaining the Packet Switch (PS) access ability of User Equipment (UE). The said method comprises: when performing Reverse Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (rSRVCC) handover, the network equipment obtains the PS access ability of UE; the network equipment sends the PS access ability to the target base station of the rSRVCC handover. The technical solution of the invention provided has the advantage that the target base station can obtain the PS access ability, distribute and schedule resource for UE according to the PS access ability when performing rSRVCC handover
