Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for obtaining biotechnologically produced valuable substances from culture solutions and/or fermentation solutions. The inventive method consists of separating the water-insoluble solids from the aqueous solution containing the valuable substances, and of subsequently filtering the solution obtained, and concentrating the solution containing the valuable substances by means of ultrafiltration. The invention is characterized in that the separated solids are subjected to a washing step, whereby the filtrate resulting from the concentration step is used as a washing liquid.
