Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for obtaining geothermal energy from a water supply network (30) in which the geothermal energy is absorbed and regenerated by the water volume flow in the underground water supply network (30), the geothermal energy is then transported by a low temperature distribution network consisting of the water supply network (30) and supply network auxiliary lines to the properties of the thermal energy user comprising the buildings (11) and the geothermal energy is thermal energy withdrawn by inbuilt geothermal devices in a building (11) or in the ground of the thermal energy user or adjacent thereto and the thermal energy required for heating and for warm water is obtained by means of decentralised thermal pumps (9) of thermal energy users connected to the water supply network (30).
