Abstract:
A method for obtaining an inclination angle of a small intelligent inclination angle sensor, comprising: step S1, collecting a voltage value corresponding to each chip; step S2, according to the voltage value obtained in the step S1, converting the voltage value into an accelerated speed in a preset mode; and step S3, according to the accelerated speed obtained in the step S2, calculating to obtain inclination angle values θx1, θy}, and θx2 through a formula θ=arcsin(A/G), and performing filtering processing on θx1 and θx2 by means of a Butterworth filter to obtain θ'x1 and θ'x2. By means of the method, accurate calculation of the inclination angle and automatic fault diagnosis are achieved.
