Abstract:
A method for obtaining the internal temperature of food and a cooking utensil. The method is used for obtaining the internal temperature of food in the cooking utensil, and the cooking utensil comprises a control device. The method comprises: the control device performs calculation according to the surface temperature information of the food, the heat transfer characteristic information of the food, a heating duration, and the three-dimensional shape information of the food so as to obtain the internal temperature of the food. According to the method and the cooking utensil using the method, by detecting the surface temperature and shape of the food, and according to the heat transfer characteristic of the food, the internal temperature of the food is calculated, so that the operation steps during the cooking process of a user are reduced, and the result is accurate and reliable. The non-contact measurement mode is used, and thus the direct contact between the food and a sensing device is avoided, so that the cleanness of the food is guaranteed, and the food safety of the user is improved.
