Abstract:
A method for obtaining a lead-free piezoelectric material, and a corresponding lead-free piezoelectric material. The method comprises: adjusting a T/O phase boundary between a tetragonal phase T and a quadrature phase O by means of doping to near the room temperature, thereby adjusting the T/O phase boundary of a first lead-free piezoelectric material, and further adjusting a C/T phase boundary between a cubic paraelectric phase C and the tetragonal phase T and an O/R phase boundary between the quadrature phase O and a rhombohedral phase R by means of doping to draw the C/T phase boundary and the O/R phase boundary close to the T/O phase boundary, thereby adjusting the C/T phase boundary and the O/R phase boundary; and obtaining a second lead-free piezoelectric material: obtaining, in the process of drawing the C/T phase boundary and the O/R phase boundary close to the T/O phase boundary, multiple second lead-free piezoelectric materials having different piezoelectric constants d33 and different Curie temperatures Tc.
