Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for operating a snoring-preventing smart mattress system, whereby a snoring state of a user may be stopped. In order to allow for a user to easily control an air mattress and an air pillow, a user terminal may be linked thereto. Specifically, snoring is detected using a snoring determining unit for determining whether or not a user is snoring, and if a snoring state is detected, the snoring state may be stopped by changing the pressures of air pockets and air cells.
