The present invention provides a method comprising: establishing a learning model configured to classify foot types from various human foot images by using an artificial intelligence algorithm; and reading a customer's hindfoot image on the basis of the trained model and providing customized insole information corresponding to a foot type to the customer, so that the customer can order an optimized insole.
