Abstract:
A method for overhauling a boiler wall hole door of a boiler, the method comprising the following steps: forming a temporary hanging bracket by means of side support frames, a roller assembly and a conveying belt, welding hanging rings to the top of an armrest frame, sleeving lower spring buckles in the hanging rings, connecting the lower spring buckles to one end of a pull rope, and connecting the other end of the pull rope to upper spring buckles. A maintainer firstly enters a hearth from a short cylinder section, hangs the upper spring buckles on pull rings of the short cylinder section, and hoists the temporary hanging bracket by means of the pull rope; and by pulling the armrest frame, the maintainer is conveyed into the hearth by means of the roller assembly on the conveying belt, and a maintenance apparatus is pushed to be fed into the hearth by means of the roller assembly. The problems in the prior art can be solved, such as when a maintainer enters a hearth for maintenance, a blind plate needs to be opened and then the maintainer enters the hearth from the short cylinder section, and due to the fact that the size of the short cylinder section is limited, there is a great inconvenience for the maintainer to enter the hearth.
