Title:
METHOD FOR OXYFLUORIDATION HYDROPHILIC TREATMENT OF METALS AND METALLOIDS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/045339
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for oxyfluoridation hydrophilic treatment of metals and metalloids, comprising the following steps: (1) polishing the surface of a metal or metalloid to be clean, ultrasonically cleaning same successively using acetone, ethanol and deionized water, removing pollutants, and drying; (2) calcining the material in an air atmosphere at 100-1000¡ãC to form a layer of oxide film on the surface of the material; (3) under the condition of a constant temperature of 10-50¡ãC and at a lower fluorinion concentration, forming an oxyfluoride layer with -F end groups by means of electromigration or free diffusion; and (4) measuring the fluorine content of the surface layer of the obtained material and measuring the hydrophilic performance. In the present invention, the reagents and materials are cheap and simply and easily obtainable, the operation method is also very simple, the variables during the operation are easily controllable, and the oxyfluoridation-treated product has an excellent hydrophilic performance and better stability. By constructing a hydrophilic interface on the metals, metalloids and oxides thereof, there are wide applications in the aspects of material self-cleaning, biological pollution prevention, pool boiling heat transfer enhancement etc.
