Abstract:
This catalyst packing method includes a step in which the packing of a catalyst into a fluidized bed reactor is initiated while introducing a gas into the fluidized bed reactor so as to result in a gas flow velocity inside the fluidized bed reactor of U [m/s], and thereafter the U is increased, the U being obtained by substituting the effective cross-sectional area of the fluidized bed reactor as B [m2], the temperature inside the fluidized bed reactor as T [ºC], the total amount of the gas introduced into the fluidized bed reactor as F [Nm3/h], and the top pressure inside the fluidized bed reactor as P [kPa] into the following equation (1).
