Abstract:
A method for performing angle encoding on an instantaneous pressure in a cylinder of an engine comprises: calculating a crank angle corresponding to a maximum value of a pressure rise rate in a compression stroke; determining a time sampling frequency of an instantaneous pressure in a cylinder, and recording a change rule of the instantaneous pressure in the cylinder along with the time; finding out the maximum value of the pressure rise rate in the compression process in a curve where the pressure rise rate changes along with time, a time sampling point where the point of the maximum value is located being corresponding to the previously-calculated crank angle; and by using the crank angle as the base point and combining a formulated crank angle interval, performing angle coding on the instantaneous pressure in the whole cylinder, so as to finally obtain the change rule of the instantaneous pressure in the cylinder along with time. In the method, a corner mark generator does not need to be mounted, a combustion process measurement system is simplified, measurement and angle encoding of the instantaneous pressure in the cylinder can be implemented by means of a cylinder pressure sensor, accordingly the mounting difficulty of the combustion process measurement system is lowered, the probability that faults may happen in the combustion process measurement process is lowered, and the system costs are reduced.
