Abstract:
A method performing automatic cleaning operation to prevent generation of condensate water, and an air conditioner. The method comprises: acquiring multiple temperature data items, and determining, according to a first preset condition, whether there is a need to perform an operation to prevent generation of condensate water (S101); and if so, controlling an air conditioner to perform an automatic cleaning operation to prevent generate of condensate water. The present invention can effectively prevent generation of condensate water without affecting cooling efficiency of an air conditioner, and enables automatic cleaning of the air conditioner.
