Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for performing a logical operation, based on full-text, using hashes, the method comprising: generating a hash data structure, having a different logic state according to the kind of logic operator, the hash data structure corresponding to the present logic operator; inserting hash nodes corresponding to first operand data in buckets that have been assigned in order from the hash data structure; and, if the present logic operator is AND, selecting, as result values, from among the buckets selected as result values of previous operations or the buckets having been inserted from the hash data structure, only buckets that are consistent with hash nodes corresponding to second operand data, and, if the present logic operator is OR, receiving an allocation and insertion, in order, of buckets, from the hash data structure, for the hash nodes, among hash nodes corresponding to the second operand data, which have not been retrieved from the hash data structure, and selecting all valid buckets in the hash data structure as result values.
