Abstract:
Provided are a method for picking up goods from a delivery vehicle, and a control device and a delivery vehicle, which relate to the technical field of logistics. The method for picking up goods from a delivery vehicle comprises: sending information of the receiving of goods to a user who receives goods; establishing a near-field communication connection with a user terminal; receiving a goods pickup request from the user by means of near-field communication, wherein the goods pickup request is generated by the user triggering a link for receiving goods in the information of the receiving of goods; and opening a goods bin according to the goods pickup request. In this way, it is not necessary to provide a screen on an outer surface of a delivery vehicle, thereby preventing it from being impossible to pick up goods due to the screen being damaged and reducing maintenance costs; the establishment of the near-field communication connection can ensure that the user is located near the delivery vehicle when picking up the goods; and the goods pickup request is generated by triggering a link for receiving goods in information of the receiving of goods, so that others can be prevented from falsely claiming goods after seeing the information of the receiving of goods, thereby reducing the possibility of the goods being taken away by others and enhancing the safety of the goods.
