Abstract:
The invention relates to a plant (10) for obtaining an extract rich in bioactive substances from raw material of vegetable origin, said plant comprising: a mixing station (11) suitable for mixing a quantity of said raw material of vegetable origin, in particular fresh raw material of vegetable origin, with one or more solvents to obtain a mixture; an ultrasound treatment station (21) in which the mixture thus obtained is subjected to an ultrasound treatment to facilitate the passage of solutes of said vegetable material to said one or more solvents; an extraction/storage station (23) suitable for stirring said mixture; a solvent removal station (25) for removing said one or more solvents; a vegetable residue removal station (33). The plant according to the invention is suitable for producing vegetable extracts on a large scale and in a cost-effective manner.
