Abstract:
Method for positioning a rail-guided mobile part, in particular a vehicle, wherein the mobile part has a magnet rotor disk driven by a speed-controlled drive directly, or indirectly via a transmission, in particular wherein the magnet rotor disk has alternately magnetized permanent magnets in the circumferential direction, wherein, in order to produce drive power in the rail direction for the mobile part, the magnet rotor disk generates eddy currents on a reaction part extending in the rail direction, wherein the mass of the mobile part is estimated or determined, more particularly from a section of the temporal acceleration curve of the mobile part in the direction of the rail, wherein a target acceleration curve is determined by a profile generator, particularly before the start of the positioning sequence, more particularly wherein a target position curve and a target speed curve are also determined by the profile generator, wherein a pilot control signal is determined as a function of the target acceleration curve and the mass, wherein the pilot control signal over a pilot control branch is added onto a correction value signal of a first control element, so that a target rotational speed is provided to the drive controller.
