Abstract:
A method (200) for positioning a target object in a target space with the assistance of a measurement device. The method comprises: obtaining a first size parameter (210) of the target space in a first dimension; obtaining a second size parameter (220) of the target object in the first dimension; and determining, according to the first size parameter, the second size parameter and a first predetermined rule, a first placement instruction, so as to instruct placement, in a first-direction dimension of the target space, of the target object at a first target position (230). The method employs the assistance of a measurement device to achieve the desired positioning of a target object in a first-direction dimension of a target space; for example, placing a target object at a midpoint or a position that is a multiple of one-third of a predetermined distance, accomplishing the arrangement and placement of an object in a target space.
