Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for pre-lithiating a silicon oxide anode for a secondary battery and, more specifically, to a method for pre-lithiating a silicon oxide anode, which, before a step of assembling a lithium secondary battery, immerses a silicon oxide anode in an electrolyte, and after the same becomes wet, brings a lithium metal into direct contact with the silicon oxide anode while applying pressure to the silicon oxide anode. The silicon oxide anode for a secondary battery that has undergone the pre-lithiating step provided by the present invention has improved irreversibility, and the secondary battery produced by using the silicon oxide anode for a secondary battery has excellent charging and discharging efficiency.
