Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring the effective binding free energy (f u) and standard binding free energy change (ΔG 0 bind) between a first molecule and a second molecule in an aqueous environment. The present invention also provides a method for predicting the binding of a first molecule and a second molecule in an aqueous environment through the measurement of free energy, and since the probability of binding between molecules in an aqueous environment such as an in vivo environment can be quantitatively measured with high reliability and without distortion through this method, the method can be usefully applied as a tool for screening or designing a disease treatment agent on a computer.
