Abstract:
This method for predicting a change in the shape of a press-formed part predicts a change, with the elapse of a unit amount of time, in the shape of a press-formed part 1 that has undergone springback after release from a die, and includes: a step S1 for acquiring the shape and residual stress immediately after springback, by analyzing springback of the press-formed part 1 and thereby acquiring the shape and residual stress of the press-formed part 1 immediately after springback; a residual stress alleviation/reduction setting step S3 for setting a value for residual stress that is alleviated and reduced in comparison to the residual stress of the press-formed part 1 immediately after springback; and a shape analysis step S5 for determining a shape whereby the moment of force is balanced for the press-formed part 1 for which a value that alleviates and reduces the residual stress has been set.
