Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a method of preparing a hierarchical TS-1 molecular sieve, using a silicon-titanium ester polymer as a titanium and silicon source. Silicon and titanium in the present method are uniformly connected onto the same type of polymer, and a hydrolysis speed thereof is identical, which can prevent TiO2 precipitation, decreasing non-skeletal titanium formation; the silicon-titanium ester polymer acts as both a silicon source and a titanium source, and can also act as a mesoporous templating agent in a synthesis process, obtaining a TS-1 molecular sieve having a mesoporous structure and a relatively narrow pore size distribution, an important enhancement in expanding application of a TS-1 molecular sieve in the catalyst field.
