Abstract:
A method for preparing a 1Cr25Ti high-chromium ferrite stainless steel seamless pipe, comprising steps of tube blank heating, punching, finishing, cold drawing, thermal treatment, refinishing, and finished tube inspection, wherein cold drawing comprises: first performing low-temperature baking on a tubular billet obtained in the finishing step to obtain a tubular billet to be cold-drawn; then performing low-speed small-deformation cold drawing on the tubular billet to be cold-drawn; entering cold drawing of the next cycle in the same manner after cold drawing is completed until the wall thickness required by a process is met, and then obtaining a tube to be subjected to thermal treatment.
