Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a three-dimensional (3D) printed workpiece: immersing a 3D printed workpiece in a mold filling material in a flowing state; solidifying the mold filling material in the flowing state to obtain a 3D printed workpiece wrapped by a solid mold filling material; sintering the 3D printed workpiece wrapped by the solid mold filling material to melt the 3D printed workpiece; cooling to obtain a solidified 3D printed workpiece; and removing the mold filling material outside the solidified 3D printed workpiece. The method for preparing the 3D printed workpieces, which is provided by the invention, has the beneficial effects that on the one hand, the 3D printing has the advantages of being fast in forming, convenient to modify and the like, so that the processing efficiency is increased; on the other hand, compared with a traditional 3D printing method, the method has the advantages that the internal stress of the 3D printed workpieces is released through sintering and the uniformity and the strength of the products are increased. The method is particularly suitable for the production of polymer products with complex structures; and the production design of complicated molds is avoided, so that the process is simplified.
