Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing 9-fluorenone from fluorene. 9-fluorenone is prepared using fluorene as a raw material, an alkali as a catalyst, an organic solvent containing an aromatic ring and water as a solvent, and a crown ether as a phase transfer agent. The preparation method of the present invention comprises respectively preparing industrial 9-fluorenone and high-purity 9-fluorenone with industrial fluorene and high-purity fluorene. Under the conditions of the present invention, the conversion rate of fluorene can reach 100%, and the selectivity for fluorenone reaches 100%. After cooling a reaction solution and separating fluorenone crystals, a filtrate containing the solvent, alkali, crown ether, fluorene and fluorenone is directly recycled, and the solvent in the reaction tail gas is absorbed with a high-boiling-point solvent. The method is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly chemical synthesis process.
