Abstract:
A method for preparing an Acer truncatum leaf tea granule, comprising the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials, i.e. Acer truncatum leaves, a cosolvent, a flavoring agent and a sweetener; S2, feeding the Acer truncatum leaves into an extraction tank, adding water, heating and decocting, repeating filtration for three times to obtain a filtrate; S3, pumping the filtrate into a concentration tank by means of a liquid pump, and concentrating same to obtain an extractum; S4, adding auxiliary materials into the extractum, stirring and mixing same in a stirrer; S5, placing the mixed material into a dryer, and drying same to obtain dry extractum powder; S6, placing the dry extractum powder into a grinding machine for grinding, and screening same by means of a vibrating screen; and S7, packaging the screened dry extractum powder with a composite film for drugs, and bagging same, so as to obtain a product.
