Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aluminum-containing alloy powder and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises: by utilizing the feature of an initial alloy solidification structure comprising a matrix phase and a dispersed particle phase, reacting and removing the matrix phase by means of an acid solution, thereby enabling the dispersed particle phase to separate out, so as to obtain an aluminum-containing alloy powder. The preparation method involves a simple process, may be used to prepare and obtain nanometer-, submicron-, micron- and millimeter-scale aluminum-containing alloy powders having different morphologies, and may be applied in fields such as optoelectronic devices, wave-absorbing materials, catalysts, 3D metal printing, metal injection molding, and anticorrosive coatings.
