Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing an amorphous silicon composite and an apparatus for preparing an amorphous silicon composite. The method for preparing an amorphous silicon composite according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: forming a silicon melt by melting a silicon raw material; cooling the silicon melt by using a cooling device so that the silicon melt is solidified before crystallization, to obtain amorphous silicon powder; wet-grinding the amorphous silicon powder to obtain amorphous nano-silicon; mixing the amorphous nano-silicon with a first pitch to obtain a first mixture; coating the first mixture with a second pitch to obtain a second mixture; and heat-treating the second mixture to obtain an amorphous silicon composite.
